To facilitate the realization of our mission, the curriculum has been adapted to provide student teachers with an environment that seeks to develop a spirit of inquiry, creativity, and the ability to break away from traditional mindsets. It equips student teachers with the competencies necessary for lifelong learning. The institution sensitizes student teachers to the disparate problems faced by society and helps them to become effective members of a global society. The students work actively to sustain education in the local community.

The Anjuman-I-Islam’s Akbar Peerbhoy College of Education in keeping with its motto, encourages students to regularly participate in inter-collegiate competitions carving an identity for themselves and the institution.

Our results each year have averaged a 90% pass percentage. Year after year, our students have secured ranks in the merit list of the B.Ed examinations conducted by the University of Mumbai and have had distinctive careers.
